What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network. Our professionals reach across disciplines and borders to develop and lead global initiatives. We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.

The Reporting Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Data Architecture and Report Development: Oversee the design and implementation of data structures and reporting systems, using advanced BI tools like Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI to create impactful financial reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business leaders to understand their goals and translate these into comprehensive technical specifications for the reporting team
  • Technical Leadership: Guide a team of data analysts and developers in the creation and maintenance of scalable and efficient financial reporting solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continually assess and upgrade reporting processes and tools to ensure they meet the changing needs of the business and leverage the latest technological advancements.
  • Training and Development: Develop training materials and sessions to elevate the BI proficiency of the financial management team, enhancing their ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Global Reporting Standards: Ensure compliance with global financial reporting standards and practices, adapting reports to meet both local and international requirements.
  • Innovation and Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends in financial reporting and BI technology, applying innovative solutions to enhance report clarity and decision-making power.
  • Cross-functional Integration: Work closely with IT, finance, and operational teams to ensure that financial data systems are integrated smoothly across all platforms and business functions.
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with internal clients to review financial information needs and report satisfaction, making adjustments to deliver enhanced value.

Do you possess the following?:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience in managing large datasets and understanding complex data architectures.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, translating technical details into strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Deep understanding of the development cycle of applications and database management.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
