What will your typical day look like?
Within the Digital, Data, Analytics & Innovation (DDAI) team that exists within Deloitte’s CoRe Global Business Services organization, the Product Leader provides business leadership and strategic direction for Deloitte’s Procurement’s technology platforms including Sourcing and Contracting. Integrating platforms is essential to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of Global Procurement processes. The Product Lead partners closely with our technology delivery teams to drive progress on planned roadmaps and co-lead projects that continually enhance our tools. In addition, the Product Leader is responsible for helping to increase the adoption and overall use of the products in their portfolio by monitoring usage patterns and coordinating with other teams in Global Procurement. This role reports into the DDAI Platform Leader. Responsibilities include:
- Lead the project to implement a new Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and associated integrations
- Work with stakeholders to understand current and future processes and requirements to ensure a successful CLM implementation that is on time, on budget and meets stakeholder expectations
- Oversee the delivery of proper feature sheet and user testing documentation of large, integrated enterprise applications
- Ensure delivery of proper integration of CLM with other product platforms like SAP’s Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management
- Develop the product vision that aligns with strategic business objectives in conjunction with business and Global Procurement leaders; lead the development of product enhancement roadmaps, facilitating alignment on priorities with stakeholders
- With counterparts in the Deloitte Technology organization, co-lead technology projects to deliver digital features and enhancements per product roadmaps; co-present project status to stakeholder groups
- Lead planning and execution of business stakeholder activities in conjunction with projects, e.g., business validation, knowledge transfer sessions, deployment
- Serve as a subject matter expert for tool capabilities and the business value intended to be achieved by the product
- Deeply understand tool architecture and functionality to provide creativity in developing solutions to meet stakeholder needs
- Partner with technology counterparts to prioritize delivery team efforts, balancing stakeholder enhancements, production support issues and infrastructure upgrades
- Define key metrics to proactively assess tool usage and value; communicate with leaders to escalate areas of concern and recommend corrective action
- Lead product adoption efforts through analysis of both usage and participation metrics, recommending efforts to improve tool usability and to increase awareness and usage
- Recommend and implement mechanisms to collect end user feedback on a routine basis
- Provide direction to product operations that support tool enhancements, optimization and quality, primarily provided offshore
- Proactively partner with other product leads to deliver holistic and integrated solutions
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic thinking, in particular leveraging emerging technologies to improve automation and user experiences; contribute to Deloitte’s external eminence in the knowledge products digital space
- Manage product team members to optimize their contributions and enhance their professional development

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Sciences) required.
Years of Experience: 10-12 years of related technology project management, enterprise product platform delivery, systems integration experience, business process requirements gathering and large system testing
Other Qualifications:
- Proven effectiveness at stakeholder management required
- Experience with Procurement and Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, tools and technologies
- Working experience with Icertis CLM and SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting is preferred
- Experience having a lead role in technology projects across all aspects of the systems development life cycle
- Ability to provide direction to product and project team members, including time management and mentoring
- Excellent oral and written communications skills (including facilitation, presentations and email communications)
- Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer service orientation with focus on providing tangible outcomes
- Experience working with virtual teams
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
