What will your typical day look like?

The Manager of Partner Development will partner with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver world-class learning and development solutions for in-person and virtual environments. This work includes collaborating with internal clients to assess learning and development needs, identifying gaps, defining development objectives and business outcomes, and designing high-impact, highly visible, development experiences for leaders in our firm. You will also work closely with the Deloitte University team on end-to-end program management and delivery, which includes participant and faculty management, drafting communication plans, budgeting, leading faculty briefings, and vendor management. Focused on accelerating the development of leaders, at its core this role will help to drive our strategic vision and inspire and empower our people.

In this role the expected qualifications are:

• 6+ years’ professional experience, with exposure to leadership development, learning and development or related field, as well as bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, learning, human resources, leadership development or a related field Knowledge of instructional and/or learning experience and/or human-centered design and a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions for virtual and live environments.
• Knowledge of instructional and/or learning experience and/or human-centered design and a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions for virtual and live environments.
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills and an ability to build and maintain a strong network with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to think strategically and advise internal stakeholders on building development solutions that are tailored to the needs of our firm’s leaders.
• A drive for excellence, client service, and making things happen. You can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, as well as provide leadership and direction to supporting team members.
• An eye for detail and the proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of applications, such as Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, team collaboration sites, along with the ability to adapt to new applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver key messages with clarity and instill confidence in stakeholders. French and/or Spanish speaking is an asset.
• Knowledge and experience related to incorporating executive coaching and formal psychometric/behavioural assessment into broader leadership development programs is an asset.
*Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
