Then you might be the next leader in our Oracle EPM Team.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Manager/Director you will be:
• Developing client accounts: developing and owning client relationships, including any market activity from initial discussions, leading a sales cycle, developing vendor relationships, or leading asset development
• Solution delivery: from developing solution roadmaps and solution architecture to overseeing large full solution implementations
• Providing leadership to a national team of consultants: managing a diverse team of techno-functional consultants and supporting their ongoing development
• Collaborating with a global team of experts: working with our national and global SMEs to develop best practices in the EPM and Finance spaces

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone who is:
• Experienced at generating business through client and vendor relationships and can demonstrate building a business pipeline
• Experienced at leading a national team of at least 10 team members
• More than 10 years of Enterprise Performance Management experience, preferably includes Oracle Cloud sales/implementation experience
• An experienced program manager and/or solution architect
• Experienced with project implementation lifecycle (Agile, Hybrid Agile)
• Experience in a consulting business
• Experience working on full-scale implementations i.e. full ERP, EPM, HCM
• An undergraduate in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field with outstanding academic credentials is required. Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is a strong asset
• Able to work with onsite and offshore development teams including at all levels of the client organization
• Able to travel within Canada (negotiable). Unique international travel opportunities are also available during your career.
• Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
