What will your typical day look like?
As a CRM Consultant, focuses on administrating and supporting SAP CRM modules running on S/4HANA environment. You will:
- Provide on-going SAP CRM functional and technical enhancements, incident troubleshooting and resolution. Ultimate goals are to exceed client expectations, meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements and KPIs.
- Supervise and coach junior colleagues and manage parts of client engagements.
- Develop external eminence for Deloitte.
- Build strong business relationships with potential clients.
Enhance your SAP and consulting skills through various learning and certification opportunities.
Promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between practitioners within the Deloitte SAP practice.
This role will require you to be on call. Together with the team, provides a 24x7 hours a day, 7 days a week support for major incidents related to clients’ system integrations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma/college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CRM functional. Additional knowledge of CRM technical (ABAP OOP, Model View Controller Programming, BSP Workbench Component, One Order Framework) is preferable.
• Minimum 1 full SAP life-cycle CRM experience, including post go-live production support.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in team environment.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
• A positive attitude, someone who likes to learn, someone who is happy to share
• Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $92,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
