What will your typical day look like?

As an Oracle HCM professional, you will work in a collaborative team analyzing client HR technology issues and developing solutions. You'll have the opportunity to engage our clients, to author presentations and present findings. Also, you will be creating functional design documents, system configuration and support models to meet the current and future state business needs. Finally, you will participate in the full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM projects, supporting us in managing our clients' expectations.
In our view, the best senior solution designers are passionate about new and leading Cloud technology solutions and are driven to learn about them and keep up with market evolution. They possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, are comfortable working remotely with colleagues and clients, enjoy working with and coaching junior staff, and understand software development and/or configuration principles.

Operate is our world-class managed services offering that focuses on managing client’s business/technical operations including ongoing management of a client's system, process, or capability. It sits within each business area and is composed of multiple assets and services that are available to our clients. Operate is a pillar of our business (alongside our Advise and Implement services) and is a critical growth area for our firm.
The goal of the Operate team is to activate our Operate strategy firm-wide, share cross-business knowledge, and equip practitioners with the skills and resources required to build up this area of our business.

We help our clients solve complex business problems, improve performance, enhance shareholder value, drive sustainable growth, and create a competitive advantage.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You have:
• A bachelor's degree with a minimum 3 years of experience or a college degree with 5 years of experience in a relevant field (Human Capital Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT discipline)
• Experience in relevant work delivering Human Capital Management Technology projects specifically in the area of Talent Management
• Significant hands-on experience with HRIS configuration across multiple project phases and/or relevant experience in HRIS support & maintenance context
• Ability to develop new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving
• We also value (Do not hesitate if you only possess some of these):
• At least 3 full implementations of an HRIS system
• Certified in Talent Management functional area
• Ability to work in French
• A demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and collaborate with more junior staff
• Experience with software development support tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM etc)
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National and global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $124,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
