What will your typical day look like?

• Wellness program planning and execution: leading the execution and coordination of the annual wellbeing calendar including activation planning and strategy, communications, campaigns, education, and awareness events, collaborating with other teams and employee resource groups
• Wellbeing communications: managing and updating health and wellness content on the internal intranet pages, posting weekly wellbeing content, coordinating with translation services and knowledge management team, collaborating with key individuals on content
• Vendor management: complete quality assurance reviews, service issue escalation, billing, and administration
• Wellness centre (Recharge) program management: supporting Deloitte’s onsite and virtual wellbeing centres, oversight of the national Recharge wellbeing team and fitness class schedules, conducting regular team, coordinating communications and event promotions, monthly and quarterly reporting
• Facilitating wellbeing and benefits presentations: leading new hire group benefits onboarding sessions and wellbeing sessions on various topics
• Benefit team support: assist National Benefits Manager with administration and communication of Deloitte’s group benefit offerings, annual renewal, enrollment and ad hoc activities
• Respond to queries and escalations: balancing consistent policy application and client service problem solving

About the team

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wellness and Benefits, you will work to uphold Deloitte’s commitment to enhance employee health and wellness programs and build a culture of care and connectedness. This includes diverse and inclusive best in-class wellness programming, employee benefits, and organizational health initiatives. With a focus on employee health and wellness, you will continually evolve the integrated strategy to support a multigeneration workforce of the 13K+ employees at Deloitte.

This opportunity is for you if you are someone who has expertise in the following areas:
• 5+ years of benefits and corporate wellness experience or equivalent talent function experience in a large organization (5K+ employees), multi-discipline, multi-location environment with good knowledge of workplace mental health programs
• Experience supporting strategic planning and working in a collaborative team to drive transformation efforts through openness, creative ideas, innovation, and experimentation
• Relevant university or college degree (HR, Business, Organizational Health, Workplace Health Promotion)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple and effective manner
• Impressive attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into trends and insights
• Ability to build relationships, learn from others, and to collaborate effectively communicate with other internal teams
• Able to demonstrate professionalism when dealing with employees, vendors and confidential and sensitive information
• Excellent capabilities using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (PeopleSoft)
• CEBS / CHRP and/or French language skills would be an asset
• Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
