What will your typical day look like?
As the SAP Data Team Member, you will be responsible for handling all the tasks in relation to implementing databases. This individual will maintain data storage; assess database design; and gather, organize, and interpret statistical information based on the data in the database. Other duties may include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and providing reports as needed
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Implement organizational delivery standards, monitoring work product quality, BA/QA resource task assignment
- Determine level of effort estimations, monitoring task execution and meeting established project milestones.
- Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, producing and maintaining applicable project tasks and status reporting within a project team
- Document formal requirements, user cases, user stories, test plans, test cases, test scripts and test suites which ensure that the software solutions developed and tested are fit for purpose, meet business needs and are operationally sustainable
- Closely work with the Technical Team on High Priority issues

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- Advanced understanding of SQL, Microsoft Office, ETL Processes
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment
- Relationship building and consulting skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with SharePoint and automated QA tools is a plus
- Demonstrates good knowledge of client business and their processes. Professional services industry experience a plus
- SAP Knowledge/ SAP MRS Knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA/OM)
- Experience/Development with Tableau Dashboard
