What will your typical day look like?
The Global Audit Learning team create a modern learning and development experience that provides professionals with the skills and capabilities needed to perform high-quality audit and assurance services, execute on the A&A strategy, and develop themselves for the evolving needs of the business in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the design of best-in-class learning solutions based on insights from the learner experience, findings from the science of learning, and evidence-backed practices from the fields of training and design
- Supports the collaboration with the Content Development teams to understand their content design needs and support them in enabling the desired end-to-end learner experience
- Identifies the best medium for delivery (e-Learning, facilitator-led, Brainshark, etc.) and coordinates with the Content Development team as needed to determine the right modality mix for content
- Partners across Learning Modernization team and Content Development teams to support implementation of learning modernization
- Supports ad-hoc projects associated with Learning Modernization activities from planning through to execution

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experienced in using learning design to create engaging and innovative experiences across modalities based on insights from learning sciences, instructional design, and related disciplines
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and Proficient in all other Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of design thinking principles and methodologies, including an understanding how to adjust learning for different learner types and use a variety of techniques to assess learning
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) research, including an ability to support various qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to identify themes and develop compelling recommendations
- Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
