What will your typical day look like?

As a Tech lead, your day will involve:

Delivering Data product solution leveraging cloud Technologies. and at least 3 years in Azure Platform
Past experience of building solutions leveraging Azure ADF or Synapse services
Leveraging Azure Synapse Analytics for creating and troubleshooting pipelines like copying data between different systems
Understanding privacy and security management for PII information, ensure the right ADF services are used to manage and maintain it; also address data retention, archival and masking considerations.
Working with scrum master, and release Train Engineer in delivery of the project on time and understanding of SAFe agile
Providing business specific input and execution for enterprise data programs (e.g., data classification, catalog & inventory)
Delivering analytics capabilities for advanced data exploitation (Data Science) and analytics maturity
Collaborating with architecture functions, design and execute on data foundations (Data Mastery), which underpins all data aspirations
Establishing programs to protect data, improve data quality, promote data ethics, governance, democratization Relationship Management

In this role, you bring:

Eight (8) years of experience in application Architecture using Microsoft Cloud technologies, Multi-Tier/Multi-Layer architecture, and Enterprise Application and Framework Development.
Sound knowledge and understanding of Agile delivery method of data products.
Past experience and background in Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric and AI/ML offerings.
Robust problem-solving skills must be able to think critically and independently.
Experienced in managing Team of developers, data and QA analysts.
Expert level SQL and Python skills
Ability to work with architect to and act as an SME, help propose Architecture and design decisions.
Understanding and implementation experience in data privacy, security and performance implications in Architecture and design proposals/decisions
Previous knowledge of database structure systems and data mining.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities and good written and verbal communication skills
