Role Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate visionary product strategy for Generative AI solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Deloitte’s structured & unstructured data and use that knowledge to develop new and innovative products that leverage the power of Generative AI.
  • Lead and manage the delivery team of onshore & offshore members to deliver high-quality, well-designed products that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Track and analyze key product metrics and use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and use that knowledge to drive innovation.
  • Be a thought leader and advocate for the role of Generative AI in the firm, driving a visionary agenda that sets Deloitte apart as a leader in this space.
  • Partner with and manage relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead team through operational responsibilities of the products delivered (e.g. defect prioritization, backlog refinement.).

About the team


The Generative AI CoE is an internal team within Deloitte’s ITS (Information Technology Services) organization. GenAI CoE focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions that leverage Generative AI technology including custom built & commercially available products.

As a Senior Manager focused on Generative AI, you have a strong mix of product management, technology, and developer experience and acumen, coupled with strategic vision and proven execution. You have strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of business processes. You have a product owner mindset. You are experienced in leading design conversations and executive level communication. You enjoy partnering with business stakeholders (clients) and working with a team of IT staff and contractors to ensure successful delivery.

  • 6+ years of Technology delivery management experience.
  • Strong experience with Generative AI and AI technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability of delivering in a fast-paced environment involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
  • Knowledge of management consulting business models is an asset.
  • Superior skills in eliciting business use-cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and lead others in teams.
  • Ability to coach junior staff.
