You will be a key contributor within the Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting our executive leaders and reporting to the Senior Manager. The team is a group of highly motivated, strategic minded and dynamic individuals that support and manage the finance function for our growing businesses.  

What will your typical day look like?


As an Associate Manager / Senior Consultant within the Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will play a key role supporting the Senior Manager in complex financial modeling activities, strategic financial support, and ad-hoc analyses to inform the senior leadership and our businesses. You will prepare and present insights based on analyses, key metrics trending and quantified risks and opportunities. Furthermore, you will foster strong working relationships with various stakeholders within the firm. 

About the team


The FP&A team is a group of finance professionals who act in an advisory capacity to support the business to grow and invest. The team works directly with other stakeholders and leadership teams to drive the performance through business insights and in-depth, forward-thinking analysis. The team also collaborates with other enabling areas to help achieve the business’s strategic aspirations.

You are someone with:
 

  • A degree in finance/business/commerce or economics. Master’s degree, MBA, or CBV designation preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the finance field, with a focus on building complex financial models. Prior experience in professional services, advisory or valuation is a plus. 
  • Strong knowledge of business fundamentals, KPI trends and financial acumen, with a solid understanding of financial statements preparation and forecasting
  • Critical thinking capability, with keen attention to detail to identify key data points, and constructively challenge inputs provided by various team members
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, including VBA. Tableau, PowerBI, and statistics packages are a plus.
