What will your typical day look like?
Our Resource Manager will deploy and coordinate resources across the Content Development teams to support efficient, agile teams on a regular and ad hoc basis. This role will maintain an understanding of full staffing deployment landscape for learning by gathering and analyzing staffing data, leveraging business relationships, and gathering key information from learning stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Resource Monitoring and maintaining/understanding of full staffing deployment landscape for learning by gathering and analyzing staffing data, leveraging business relationships, and gathering key information from learning stakeholders
- Oversees and manages the high-level resource allocation planning process on an annual basis
- Partners with Global A&A Operations and MFs to solicit resources and report on MF performance against requirements
- Leads talent management activities for the resource management group
- Cultivates an inclusive environment that balances a high-performance culture with employee wellbeing

You are someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, in resource management and resource deployment
- Experience in working within a global team across multiple geographies and cultures preferred/desirable
- Proven ability to forecast resource availability, analyze resource capabilities and availability, and build resource & deployment plans
- Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills, specifically within the area of deploying and coordinate resources
- Proven ability to build rapport with leaders, internal clients and colleagues at all levels, and across different cultures
