What will your typical day look like?


  • Leading key programs of work and management oversight of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to the Global Tax & Legal's business strategy.
  • Navigating ambiguity and driving consensus of thinking through influence
  • Providing executive level updates to senior leadership
  • Project managing campaigns to include planning, timelines, deliverable development, and resourcing
  • Understanding and driving the use of firm-approved Generative AI tools for creation of marketing materials
  • Learning about the services within Deloitte’s Tax & Legal business and drivers for key audiences
  • Using business acumen and strategic thinking to lead and drive campaigns geared to specific client segments, with an understanding of client-driven issues to elevate external eminence and support client conversations
  • Managing various resources for creation of deliverables including external writers, creative agencies
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal communications team members and counterparts in Deloitte firms to align on key messages and drive adoption and activation of programs across the network
  • Tracking metrics, assessing progress, pivoting course if necessary, and ensuring campaign goals are reached

Global Tax & Legal deploys the right team of experts to address the ever-evolving needs of our businesses around the world. Our professionals deliver superior compliance and advisory insights and guidance (local and global) to support our businesses operating in singular or multiple jurisdictions.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you


  • A bachelor's degree in business or in a relevant field. 
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing strategy, campaign development and management
  • Understanding of the professional services markets and how to differentiate the brand
  • Exceptionally strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to address and manage conflicting points of view
  • Connected thinker who proactively links programs, content, and foresee cascading impacts of changes
  • Problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills
  • Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including ability to interact with professionals at all levels and highly intellectual thinkers
  • Experience working across mediums, digital channels, and creating deliverables for marketing campaigns
  • Meticulous attention to detail including proofreading skills, knowledge of editorial style, ability to be make messaging more concise and to tailor it to different audiences
  • Success operating in an unstructured environment with a high level of ambiguity and fluid priorities
  • Ability to work independently / virtually and to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Understanding and appreciation of cultural differences globally
