What will your typical day look like?

 

Responsible for supporting the execution of technology related aspects of Global Tax & Legal strategy, this role will conceive, develop, deliver and maintain digital, virtual and in person technology learning solutions that are scalable across the learning network. Specifically, the role holder will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing the update of Intela learning collateral with each release (Intela is our proprietary Tax & Legal technology platform, which automates manual tasks, integrates and centralizes our tools, and leverages leading-edge technology to create an intuitive digital experience for our clients & our people)
  • Developing learning solutions to support our practitioners to take on business and system roles in Intela
  • Managing the delivery of live Intela learning programs in geographies
  • Managing the delivery of live global learning programs for our Tax Technology Consulting practice.
  • Supporting the development of our T&L technology & tech savvy curriculum
  • Supporting other areas of the curriculum as required and assisting team/other projects.

Global Tax & Legal deploys the right team of experts to address the ever-evolving needs of our businesses around the world. Our professionals deliver superior compliance and advisory insights and guidance (local and global) to support our businesses operating in singular or multiple jurisdictions.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

 

  • Minimum Bachelors degree is a relevant field. 
  • Minimum five years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a technology learning related environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to build rapport with business practitioners, including the firm‘s most senior levels of management
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience working in professional services is preferred; experience of working in a tax or legal environment would be an added benefit.
  • Experience working with a global/regional audience including experience designing and delivering learning assets for multicultural audiences is desirable.
