The Global Business Process team maintains the design and integrity of the end-to-end processes across the Opportunity to Engagement (O2E) landscape with a focus on further globalization and standardization. This role will work to coordinate and facilitate key stakeholders across the programs to manage consistent operational processes and cross-program governance.

 

  • Facilitate cross-program design discussions, governance meetings, and overall alignment to timelines and deliverables.

  • Effectively manage and drive issues, risks and actions across programs to closure

  • Determine program dependancies and surface conflicts for quick resolution

  • Design and facilitate governance sessions, synthesizing information using analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex issues

  • Develop content for presentations and reports, as well as supporting analytic analysis for decision making

  • Coordinate with Transformation and Technology stakeholders to define and approve the global roadmap through appropriate investment and approval channels in the budgeting cycle.

  • Develop an effective strategic business partnership with globally dispersed team and clients

  • Contribute to the success of the team by ensuring work quality of the highest level

About the team

 

The Transformation team is responsible for identifying innovations internally and externally and applying them to Deloitte’s global transformation strategy. The team manages related strategic projects coordinating heavily with global functional and technical teams. The team reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and has frequent exposure to the CIO, COO and other senior leaders across Deloitte. The team accelerates transformation through innovative change across DTTL and Member Firms enabled by globally integrated, consistent and transparent business processes, investment frameworks, and program leadership.

Do you have the following?:

 

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years overall experience; at least 4 years’ experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm, large Corporate or $1B+ private enterprise

  • Excellent business acumen and project/program management skills using a consultative approach

  • High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires leveraging influence to solve complex, open-ended issues with varying stakeholder needs

  • Ability to synthesize information and business requirements and structure this into meaningful recommendations

  • Ability to leverage proven techniques to elicit and analyze client needs; ability to provide key input into solutions that meet and often exceed client needs

  • Outstanding research and presentation skills; superior PowerPoint and Excel skills required

 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required; undergraduate degree with rigorous analytical and quantitative focus

 

Preferred:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and collaborate with business leaders

  • Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Must have demonstrated progressive growth and increased accountability over time

  • Demonstrated experience leading and interacting with virtual teams across multiple time zones and in matrix organization
