The Workplace Services group is seeking a Coordinator for our Montreal office location.
What will your typical day look like?
The Coordinator is responsible for working with the Workplace Services Manager and various service delivery teams to create purchase requisitions, order fulfilment, payments and vendor management. This role will focus primarily on purchasing and will also help oversee, maintain and ensure the smooth and efficient day to day operations of Deloitte’s offices. This role requires strong organizational skills with a high level of detail, accuracy, and precision. Duties are performed in accordance with established office routines and operations. The individual is expected to have knowledge of a general office environment, typical office practices and procedures prior to entering position.
What will your typical day look like?
• Purchasing coordination: work with various stakeholders on sourcing and procuring office supplies, furniture, etc
• Work in the Ariba vendor database to create, receive and reconcile purchase orders
• Make purchases using the Ariba system for office supplies, beverages, coffee, etc
• Work with the Facilities and Conference Services teams to reconcile and track vendor invoices
• Compile and code invoices and corporate credit card charges
• Work with the Finance team to provide Ariba support to vendors
• Produce reports and statistical information as required
• Assist in other Workplace Services functions as required
Position is on-site full time, Monday to Friday.
About the team
The members of the Workplace Services team possess a practical body of knowledge that is applied in the delivery of office support. It includes jobs in the areas of procurement, mailroom, concierge, delivery and distribution, reception, hoteling resource management and facilities management. The Workplace Services role draws upon knowledge of the specific function discipline and the organization's business practices providing services to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of the organization.

You are someone who is:
- 2-5 years of work experience in office administration, purchasing/finance, customer service, or a facilities environment
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Ariba, Service Now, Concur is an asset
- Excellent bilingual (English and French) verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with interacting with all levels of the company
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player
- * Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
