What will your typical day look like?

The Global Marketing Senior Consultant combines business expertise and digital experience with strong project management skills to execute and deliver on integrated marketing campaigns in support of Deloitte’s Global Tax & Legal Brand, Marketing, and Communications team. You will help drive the successful execution of the Global Tax & Legal strategy and Deloitte’s Purpose to make an impact that matters.

As the Global Marketing Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing defined Global Tax & Legal marketing programs to create internal and external awareness of global solutions and services in a fast-paced team environment. In this hands-on, global business role, you must have strong written and oral communication skills with critical thinking and time management abilities. You must be agile, and results driven, with the ability to manage projects across a variety of stakeholder groups. You'll collaborate with global stakeholders to clearly define requirements and deliver expected results. This role supports the overall Global Tax & Legal business strategy and collaborates across Deloitte’s global organization to address business challenges to meet market needs.

Work You'll Do

  • Support the development of strategic campaigns to differentiate Deloitte and advance awareness of capabilities, offerings, solutions, and successes across the broader organization and in the marketplace.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns and proactively manage project timelines to deliver consistently high-quality marketing materials. This includes creating collaborating with internal resources to produce marketing content, and producing material suites over various channels (digital, social, video, etc.) to aid with local activation in targeted geographies.
  • Implement programs that deliver on marketing plans to meet business goals and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute agile plans and support the tracking of marketing investments.
  • Deliver effective marketing programs which build eminence for Global Tax & Legal and drive business growth for go to market initiatives.
  • Track, monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and contribute to the creation of ROI reports. Use metrics to provide input into strategy, providing explanations of trends, spikes, and recommendations for campaign enhancements.
  • Produce deliverables including, thought leadership (whitepapers, reports, surveys, etc.), externally facing videos and webcasts, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Coordinate with supporting resources including graphic designers and related knowledge management and/or web resources and work with Deloitte's internal global network to get projects completed and successfully promoted across Deloitte firms.
  • Collaborate with country-based marketing professionals to ensure successful activation of marketing campaigns on a Global and local scale.
  • Participate as a core member of the Global Tax & Legal Brand, Marketing, Communications team, sharing responsibility for cross-business campaigns and activations.
  • Support and manage other assigned global marketing projects as requested.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional business or marketing experience in strategy, technology, or professional services fields
  • Experience in designing and executing B2B content marketing and digital campaigns
  • Data driven mindset and ability to use data to inform strategy and communicate results
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with hyper-focus on quality and accuracy
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Business minded professional.
  • Track record of achieving success in a matrixed organization.
  • Comfortable managing up, seeking input, and engaging with a broad stakeholder group
  • Ability to synthesize information to create succinct materials


  • Agile marketing or project management experience.
  • Experience with digital and technology marketing.
  • Experience working with a team in a virtual mode with remote resources.
