What will your typical day look like?

You will work as part of Operate (also known as Managed Services) team and focus on support services specifically on Oracle, working with a diverse set of clients. You will provide innovative ideas to help accelerate client delivery while broadening your own functional skill sets by engaging with your peers. You will have the opportunity to get involved with and contribute to initiatives within and across our Operate offering and community in Canada.

You will be required to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

As an Oracle EBS Functional Analyst, you will be handling production support. This role would require the investigation of tickets assigned to the Deloitte team to identify root causes, resolutions, conduct testing, and plan for deployment to Production.

You are someone who possesses the following:

  • Functional knowledge and experience in supporting the following modules in on-prem Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.
    • Account Payables with a focus on Suppliers and Payments (must-have)
    • Cash Management (must have)
    • Fixed Assets (must have)
    • Account Receivables (must have)
    • General Ledger (must have)
    • iProcurement, PO (must have)
    • Projects
    • iStore, Order Management
    • EBTax
  • Technical knowledge for running SQL queries (Oracle 19C).
  • Ability to develop test strategy, test plan, and test cases for testing standard EBS and custom functionalities.
  • Experience on WebADI and Testing tools such as Postman.

This is a client-facing role and requires excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
