The Digital Care team works with hospitals, healthcare organizations, Federal and Provincial governments and agencies to enable the future of Canadian Healthcare through transformational engagements spanning strategy, operations, and technology / platform modernization, helping clients maximize value for digital health and clinical service transformations.

What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you will work with our clients to achieve strategic growth, business transformation, operating model optimization, and advancements in data and analytics. Our projects have a lasting impact on client organizations such as improvements to productivity, patient safety, privacy, or improved information sharing.

Our Digital Care practice is a group of entrepreneurial and solution-oriented strategists, technologists, clinicians, and industry experts. We have experienced team members coast-to-coast and are truly a national team.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is:


• Experienced with 10-15 years of professional experience in management consulting or senior management roles in the healthcare and life sciences sector. Prior experience in management consulting is strongly preferred
• Possesses deep understanding of the life sciences and healthcare sectors, including digital health strategies, operating models, workforce optimization, and brings a perspective on future trends in the industry
• Demonstrates strategic capabilities and exceptional problem-solving skills to provide comprehensive and innovative solutions for complex business challenges, including data and financial analyses
• Able to build and maintain client relationships and navigate alliances and build relationships to foster long-lasting collaboration
• Experienced in leading and managing teams including training, coaching, and mentoring to build internal capabilities
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication and has extensive experience delivering compelling presentations
• Drives high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitors progress, manages risk, and ensures key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Experienced and comfortable working with executive healthcare leaders including C-suites
• Fluency in French is mandatory
• Having a deeply rooted, established professional network in Quebec and the National Capital Region is an asset
