    What will your typical day look like?

    In this role, you will :

    • Partner with leaders across the organization to act as an advocate for the pioneering technologies and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will define and align strategic direction and vision within Deloitte technology to maximize service performance, capacity, and scalability across Global, member firms, and business organizations. Additional responsibilities may include:
    • Curate knowledge of customer business strategy and work collaboratively to solve business problems leveraging Tableau and other Global technologies in a complex, global environment.
    • Develop and expand business relationships with Senior Deloitte Global and MF customers, creating additional opportunities to partner with technology advancement.
    • Partner with Solutions Engineering Leads and the PMO to prepare overall portfolio/program/project strategy, schedule, milestones, tasks, and estimates.
    • Partner with member firm technology and business leaders to drive the deployment and adoption targets of our Global solutions.
    • Develop and implement the talent strategy within this BU to ensure growth, learning and development, and coaching opportunities for our people.

    You are someone with:

    • A Bachelor’s degree
    • Ten (10) or more years of experience in project delivery and/or related business/technology positions
    • Collaborative program management skills and the ability to bring teams together to align on business strategy and priorities
    • Excellent business process analysis, problem solving, and analytical skills
    • Customer-relationship skills and “customer service” ethic that puts the customer first
    • Consultative skills in working with different levels of stakeholders (client-service orientation, conflict resolution, analysis/synthesis of information)
