What will your typical day look like?

The M&A Advisory practice delivers value adding end-to-end services through our Corporate Finance, M&A Transaction Services, Value Creation Services and Infrastructure & Capital Projects competency centres.

What we do:

If you like to help clients derive the optimal value from a transaction, our M&A Transaction Services team provides comprehensive, innovative and industry focused support to acquirers and vendors. Our Corporate Finance team advises with global execution capabilities and delivers innovative services with a middle market focus of a boutique investment bank, backed by the global reach and cross functional capabilities of the world’s largest professional services firm. Sell-side, buy-side and capital raising advisory are just a few of our Corporate Finance team’s services and combined with member firms of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, serves 82 percent of the Fortune Global 500®. Over 60 transactions have closed since last year. Do you excel at helping businesses with their complex commercial and performance challenges? Our Value Creation Services (VCS) team helps clients face those challenges as the pace of change in their market accelerates. The VCS team helps their clients respond whether they are thriving or under pressure, undergoing a business transformation, or in the real-time urgency of an M&A transaction. Moreover, the Infrastructure and Capital Projects (I&CP) team offers an end-to-end service for investors, developers and operators in both the public and private sectors across the entire lifecycle of an asset. Whether delivering a new railway, developing a mine or acquiring a stake in a pipeline, investing in infrastructure assets and other large capital projects represents a major investment and a complex challenge. With many years' experience working on some of the world's largest and most complex projects and transactions, our global network brings together world-class best practice and market-leading expertise with in-depth knowledge of local markets and the range of infrastructure asset types.

You are someone with:

  • 4+ years of M&A Advisory experience
  • Impeccable project management skills and end-to-end project delivery and team management
  • Go to market/sales experience and enthusiasm (business development)
  • Desire to build a robust and inclusive M&A practice and culture
  • Practice development: a desire to continually improve our M&A business offerings and workplace for all of our employees
