What will your typical day look like?

As part of the Global Cybersecurity team, the Cyber Business Development Representative will provide a customer facing interaction point for the services within the Attack Surface group. Your insight and feedback into operational processes, and enhancements will improve customer and operational interactions. You will drive regional customer feedback loops to inform service value propositions and take ownership of developing and deepening the client account relationships with key leadership and operational functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as an escalation point for customer interface issues and delays in the processing of requests
  • Deliver operationally in the following key areas;
    • Management of customer requests
    • Brief/train customers on how to engage our services
    • Facilitate as needed the project management of active requests
    • Assist in operational reporting on activity
    • Provide customer account management services
  • Coordinate out of band requests across the ASA group
  • Support early technical conversations as scoping of assessment services
  • Provide insight into remediation support and guidance, translating technical testing information to customers
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure;
    • Effective workflows between operational and technical organizations are efficient
    • Delivery of practical technical exercises based on customer request
    • An open forum is created for the discussion of potential opportunities
    • Appropriate customer facing documentation in maintained that explains how the service operates
  • Support member firm liaisons with member firm and DTTL management and technical teams to ensure they are consuming all the offered Services within the Risk Management group across the globe and to ensure member firm expectations are being met
  • Collaborate with other technical managers in the Attack Surface Assessment group to understand trends, issues and risks and to exchange industry knowledge
  • Work with your regional counterparts to develop a strong global approach to support our customers

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Business Management of customer services International, or equivalent education experience.
  • At least 1 year of combined experience operating in environment delivering to customers
  • Experience handling Cyber security client accounts and managing the project of pentest
  • Experience handling projects for clients
  • Proven track record and experience in risk management by having the ability to convey technical risks to business managers and executives
  • Experience working with variety of cultures across the globe and have the patience, understanding and empathy to work collaboratively and effectively
  • Managing competing clients and varied business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to effectively communicate all security services within the realm of risk management, convey information security topics, policies and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels
  • Sound knowledge of business management and an expert level of knowledge of infrastructure and application vulnerability assessment
  • Knowledge of common Security Testing processes and approach
