The team in Digital Care use our deep capabilities in strategy, core business operations, transformative technology, change management, customer experience, and digital strategy and innovation, to help clients maximize value for digital health and clinical service transformations.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will work with our clients to deliver solutions for their technical and strategic challenges. Solutions span from strategy to implementation to support and managed services and include system selection, benefits and value realization, operational transformation and workflow redesign, systems integration, IT operations support, application management services, change leadership & training, clinician engagement, and large-scale program management. Our projects have a lasting impact on client organizations such as improvements to productivity, quality, access, patient safety, privacy, or improved information sharing.

Our Digital Care practice is a group of entrepreneurial and solution-oriented strategists, technologists, clinicians, and industry experts. We have experienced team members coast-to-coast and are truly a national team.

You are someone who is:
- Proficient and experienced with prior roles in professional services work, industry experience, and/or project management
- Passionate about the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries, including staying up to date with market trends and having an active interest in developing future models of care
- Adept at understanding the business side of the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries, industry structure, business pain points and has an ability to converse easily and credibly with business leaders
- An adaptable, goal oriented, creative thinker with an ability to deliver unique solutions to benefit our clients and their employees
- Able to build and maintain client relationships, work independently and collaborate on a team to help foster internal team growth
- Experience with EMR vendors (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, etc.) a plus
Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position
