What will your typical day look like?
You will work as part of dynamic team and focus on Delivering Projects or AMS/Production support services specifically on Oracle Cloud Modules working with a diverse set of clients. You will provide innovative ideas to help accelerate client delivery while broadening your own functional skillsets by engaging with your peers. You will have the opportunity to get involved with and contribute to initiatives within and across our Oracle Cloud offering and community in Canada. You will create relationships with clients and staff; Reviewing business processes and advising clients on system services available within the Oracle product offerings which will meet the client’s needs and provide efficient and cost-effective solutions; participating in multiple client service delivery teams to execute on deliverables associated with Oracle Cloud in compliance with Deloitte service delivery standards

Within our Canadian Delivery Centre (CDC) located in Montreal & New Brunswick, you will learn new skills that are in demand by our clients, gain expertise in Deloitte’s methodologies, work with our team of talented consultants and be provided challenging work opportunities as a part of a team committed to delivering excellent service for clients around the globe. Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone who:
- Has experience in Working on Oracle Cloud Modules – implementation or service support
- Owns experience in overall Oracle Applications
- Provides stability in the role due to the typical long-term engagements - Nature of Delivery or AMS Contracts
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with senior client management. Prior consulting experience is an ideal match for this task
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Strong business, analytical skills, and systematic problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of the processes and data flow of a Finance department
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
Due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
