Product Marketing Manager
Hybrid Position

Cybeats is looking for an experienced and detail oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our high energy, growing team. This role will be accountable for Product Marketing for Cybeats Product Suite across all markets. With our rapid growth, this position is critical for our future success.

Responsibilities:

  • Be immersed in products and services to independently drive the appropriate marketing initiatives, as well as be an internal evangelist on products
  • Define the global marketing strategy for all product launches and enhancements which includes:
    • Identifying and detailing the customer personas
    • Marketing channel mix
    • Budgets & KPIs
  • Communication strategy for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Defining the customer value proposition
  • Creation and maintenance of raw content for:
  • Pitch decks
  • Sell sheets
  • Battlecards
  • Videos & storyboards
  • Website product pages
  • Develop pricing and value propositions to drive success in the market (globally), competitiveness, and profit maximization; this includes:
  • Product pricing
  • Promotions
  • Bundles
  • Management and monitoring of marketing KPIs and use these insights to drive improvements to reach, conversions, and brand
  • Collaborate with global functional teams such as Product, Sales and Customer Success to develop best in class channel and solutions messaging for both internal and external audiences
  • Develop key strategies and tools to support different types of launches to effectively position market leading solutions that will drive early adoption
  • Collaborate with peers across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build the ongoing library of competitive intelligence to enable Sales and Partners and effectively conduct market analysis to stress test products and solutions
  • Building overarching GTM plans for our product suite and drive execution across different channels like PR, events, web, social/community, content, design, etc.
  • Partner with external or internal content marketing and demand generation teams to define what campaigns will be crafted to target users and drive the pipeline
  • Establish a strong relationship with a Product team to drive go-to-market activity for new product and feature releases

Education:

  • Business degree with a Marketing focus, or equivalent


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of significant product marketing experience within B2B environment in a Product Marketing role, preferably in cybersecurity and technology
  • Demonstrated experience supporting, developing and mentoring teams building inclusiveness and collaboration
  • Strong practical understanding of all components of Product Management from product inception through launch and to commercial success
  • A proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies and execution and managing end-to-end product launches in market
  • Process/Project Management acumen with proven track record of figuring out and managing the processes and timelines necessary to get work accomplished
  • Commitment to results by consistently achieving set goals, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver results
  • Ability to work in a fast, growing environment and identifying potential roadblocks and proactively mitigating the delay of deliverables
  • Strong business acumen, specifically around business/marketing development
  • Able to analyze information collected from win/loss interviews and pipeline behavior (conversion rates and velocity) to detect breakdowns in the marketing and sales process
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with delivering presentations and training
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Strategic mindset has a keen sense of priorities, along with an ability to pivot as the landscape changes
  • A very high-producing, effective hands-on contributor
  • You are a problem solver and communicator
  • Ability to focus and prioritize in a very fast-paced and ambiguous environment, in order to drive the highest impact.
