Job Title: Technical SEO Specialist

We’re looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to elevate our online presence by improving organic visibility, with a special focus on geo-targeting and emerging trends in LLM (Large Language Model) search visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical SEO Audits & Optimization:

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, mobile usability, and indexing.

• Implement schema markup, structured data, and best practices for robots.txt and XML sitemaps.

Geo-Targeting & Local SEO:

• Develop and implement geo-targeting strategies to improve visibility in specific regions, with an emphasis on the US market.

• Optimize content and metadata for local search, manage hreflang tags, and enhance local business listings.

LLM & Semantic Search Optimization:

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in SEO driven by LLMs and AI-powered search algorithms.

• Optimize website content for semantic relevance and natural language queries to enhance visibility with LLM-based search engines.

Content Strategy & Backlinking:

• Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize cornerstone and pillar content strategies that drive organic growth.

• Plan and execute effective backlinking strategies to boost domain authority and search rankings.

Performance Tracking & Analytics:

• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.

• Create detailed reports on organic traffic, rankings, and ROI, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication:

• Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website updates, content creation, and marketing campaigns.

• Provide recommendations and actionable insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of proven experience in technical SEO, preferably within the B2B technology or cybersecurity sector.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices, including website architecture, on-page optimization, and server-side optimization.

• Demonstrated expertise in geo-targeting and local SEO strategies, with experience optimizing for specific regional markets (e.g., the US).

• Familiarity with emerging trends, including LLM-based search, semantic search optimization, and natural language processing as they pertain to SEO.

• Experience with cornerstone content and pillar content strategy, including planning, implementation, and continuous optimization.

• Proven ability to develop and execute backlinking strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.

• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business-friendly language.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
