CruxOCM is a pre-Series A tech startup on a mission to enhance safety and efficiency in control room operations by automating the $87.5 trillion dollar per year heavy industry. We believe control room operators should have the best tools to perform their job safely and efficiently while minimizing environmental impact and maximizing revenue. If pilots have autopilot software, why not control room operators?

We are looking for a Senior Software Lead to build, operate, and scale foundational pieces of our platform and products for automated industrial operations. You will be a key contributor to driving the platform development and ensuring a quality product while managing a small team of direct reports.

You will be expected to work on projects that include a rich tech stack, such as microservices, Python, Redis, relational databases, gRPC, Kubernetes, and C++.

The worst part of working at CruxOCM at this stage will be the rapid pace of change as we continue to grow and establish processes. If you require a highly structured environment or are not a self-starter, then this role is likely not for you.
