Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) is a nonprofit organization that delivers an objectives-based program for massively scalable, seed-stage, science- and technology-based companies. Founded in 2012 at the Rotman School of Management, CDL employs a mentoring process by accomplished entrepreneurs and investors to enhance the commercialization of science and technology. With 20 streams and 11 locations globally, CDL has generated over CAD$28B in equity value for participating ventures, making it a significant player in the startup ecosystem.
