RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct high-level analyses of clients’ sustainability and ESG reporting requirements, providing guidance and education where required.
- Lead client implementations of the Sustainability Cloud software solutions, acting as the single point of contact for clients and escalating issues when required.
- Lead various sustainability advisory and bureau service projects.
- Support clients with detailed data analysis and handling queries (typically large and complex Excel data sets), identifying opportunities to improve delivery and the overall client experience.
- Ensure data and calculated output of the Sustainability Cloud software is ready to be handed over to clients and has gone through the required QA process.
- Monitor national and international sustainability and ESG reporting standards and protocols, understanding how policy or reporting schemes impact on our clients.
- Manage client accounts for all assignments under the responsibility of a manager, but always independently.
- Contribute to the company's methodological, human, commercial and strategic development, and in general to its growth.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Sustainability Cloud software with the whole team (ideation of functionalities, collection of customer needs, etc.).
CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Degree in relatable field preferred
- Ideally three years industry experience, or related masters study
- You have a keen interest in sustainable development, sustainability, CSR and ESG issues.
- You are data-driven (KPIs) and quantitative results-oriented.
- You have good interpersonal skills and are a good listener, as you will be in constant contact with our customers.
- You're able to integrate quickly into a dynamic team.
- You like challenges and responsibility.
- You possess analytical skills as well as good writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in written and spoken English & German
