Position Summary:

Cority seeks a senior leader with deep expertise in developing data-driven SAAS products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for abstracting disparate approaches into common scalable solutions. Success in this role will be achieved by building strong cross-functional relationships, communicating a vision for short and long-term goals, and resourceful in getting things done.

Responsibilities:

Data Enablement Focus:

Develop consistent approaches across products for data collection, ingestion, storage and federation.
Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder input and business goals.
Lead productization of a robust set of connectors and APIs.
Own and lead our BI and Reporting capabilities and related roadmaps.

Product Management:

Drive product roadmap for data interoperability, from gathering requirements to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Manage and lead a team of Product Managers responsible for cross-cloud data capabilities and platform components that enable data integration, storage, management, and governance.
Clearly articulate and document user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for data product features and enhancements.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
Work with leadership to define a compelling strategy for the Cority data roadmap to address the key needs of multiple personas.
Align internal and external stakeholders on a prioritized roadmap of data capabilities and the platform architecture needed to support it.

Industry Trends & Best Practices:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics, and incorporate new knowledge into product development strategies.
Coach stakeholders on best practices for data capture, analysis, visualization, and interpretation, empowering them to leverage data effectively

Qualifications:

10+ years in product management or a related technical role, preferably with data-driven enterprise SAAS products that address: data collection, data pipelines, data integrations, and API-first approaches.
BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Independent and agile: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
People management skills, including managing other Product Managers, professional development, and attracting and retaining top talent.
Experience leading cross-organization efforts with stakeholders from many different functions.

Tools and Tech

Experience with Jira and agile project management approaches.
Experience with Aha! road mapping software.
Technically fluent and able to discuss product details with domain experts, technical staff, and leadership.
Familiar with BI tools, data engineering, orchestration and APIs.
