RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in various consulting assignments.
- Work in a variety of high-impact transition sectors: retail, finance, infrastructure, industry and services.
- Support customers in monitoring their extra-financial performance, implementing their CSR/ESG strategy and drawing up the associated action plans.
- Help customers achieve regulatory compliance on all aspects of CSR/ESG (carbon footprint, SFDR, etc.): produce reports, analyze and consolidate extra-financial data, define KPIs, etc.
- Receive training in carbon footprint methodology and carry out carbon footprints.
- Carry out ESG diagnostics and due diligence.
- Carry out CSR benchmarks and stakeholder interviews.
- Set up and use the Reporting 21 platform.
- Manage client accounts for all assignments under the responsibility of a manager, but always independently.
- Contribute to the company's methodological, human, commercial and strategic development, and in general to its growth.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Reporting 21 software with the whole team (ideation of functionalities, collection of customer needs, etc.).
CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- You are a graduate of a leading business, engineering, or university school, and have previous experience in the following fields.
- You already have initial professional experience (including internships) in sustainability, CSR, ESG, SRI or sustainable development consulting.
- You have a keen interest in sustainable development, sustainability, CSR and ESG issues. Knowledge of the financial sector is a plus.
- You are data-driven (KPIs) and quantitative results-oriented.
- You have good interpersonal skills and are a good listener, as you will be in constant contact with our customers.
- You're able to integrate quickly into a dynamic team.
- You like challenges and responsibility.
- You possess analytical skills as well as good writing and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Appetence for CSR and sustainable development is a prerequisite.
