Cority is growing rapidly and scaling its operations for the future. To support this growth, we are seeking two (2) Revenue Operations, Systems Administrators to support scaling our GTM operations, drive process alignment, and improve the revenue teams’ efficiency and effectiveness to support our growth targets. The successful candidate has a proven track-record and hands-on experience with system administration and security, specifically with 4 or more of the following tools: Marketo, LeanData, Zuora CPQ, Clari including Copilot (fka Wingman), ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Workato, ChurnZero, Qualified, Calendly, KLUE, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PaperFlite(CleverStory), and Wistia. Note this is not a Salesforce administrator role.
As a Revenue Operations, Systems Administrator, you will evaluate, improve, administer, and maintaintechnology systems for the Revenue teams including Marketo, LeanData, Zuora CPQ, Clari including Copilot, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Workato, ChurnZero, Qualified, Calendly, KLUE, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PaperFlite / CleverStory, and Wistia. You will be part of a passionate Rev Ops team and report to the Manager of Revenue Operations. At Cority, Revenue Operations supports Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Solution Engineering and Consulting, Customer Success, and Finance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve, manage, and administer technology systems for the Revenue teams including Marketo, LeanData, Zuora CPQ, Clari including Copilot, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Workato, ChurnZero, Qualified, Calendly, KLUE, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PaperFlite, and Wistia
  • Enforce security best-practices of revenue systems to retain Cority’s ISO 45001 certification which may include upgrading systems when prompted by vendors
  • Collaborate with vendor and/or contractors to resolve issues and concerns related to our systems
  • Support continuous improvement projects related to systems to improve and scale business operations and the customer journey
  • Partner with cross-functional and Rev Ops subject matter experts when projects impact business operations
  • Coordinate with Revenue Enablement to execute change management, training, and enablement best practices for changes to systems
  • Be an advisor to the team by recommending and executing improvements to systems
  • Provide day-to-day support to the extended revenue teams as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • University or College Degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations in the SaaS enterprise software industry
  • 3+ years of experience with system administration & security and vendor management
  • 3+ years of experience with 4 or more of the following tools: Marketo, LeanData, Zuora CPQ, Clari including Copilot, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Workato, ChurnZero, Qualified, Calendly, KLUE, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and PaperFlite
  • Deep experience leveraging revenue technology to solve business problems
  • Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute proactively and lead a project from conception to completion
  • Advanced expertise with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team player, willing to share ideas and information with peers and business leaders
  • Demonstrated understanding of Revenue Operations best practices
  • Experienced managing operational activities during mergers & acquisitions is an asset
