Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 clients and missions and contribute to developing it through your advisory actions and your relationships
- Participate in the development of consulting offers to meet the needs of the market or existing Cority clients
- Participate in the sales cycle: present our consulting offers to customers and prospects, write and present commercial proposals in collaboration with the team’s consultants
- Participate in training, monitoring and capitalization on regulations, methodologies of our offers
- Conduct various consulting missions with our clients, directly or with the help of more junior consultants
- Supervise the daily work of consultants carrying out the missions for which you are responsible:
- Guarantee the proper execution of missions in terms of planning, approach, budget and quality
- Manage the daily workload of the junior consultants under your responsibility and support them in prioritizing their tasks
- Validate customer deliverables (quality, deadlines) and their presentation to the customer
- Ensure the completeness of contractual documents (NDA, contracts, quotes, invoices) and their archiving
- Contribute to the technical, methodological, R&D (particularly software), human, commercial and strategic development of the company and generally to its growth
- Carrying out market studies and CSR benchmarks, interviews, questioning stakeholders
- Preparation of CSR action plans and strategic recommendations
- Carrying out strategic and technical CSR missions
- Definition of CSR reporting standards
- Data analysis and consolidation
- Carrying out ESG due diligence
- Configuration and operation of the Reporting 21 platform
Examples of missions
Qualifications:
- You have 5 to 7 years of consulting experience in a large or mid-sized firm
- You have experience managing junior consultants and leading missions
- You have proven experience (> 5 years) in CSR, ESG, or sustainable development consulting
- You have expertise in sustainability
- You come from a major business or engineering school or a major university and have preferably followed a course in CSR or sustainable development
- You have good interpersonal skills and good listening skills
- You are interested in the entrepreneurial adventure and able to quickly integrate into a fast-growing company by demonstrating great autonomy and being proactive
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as perfect mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint at least)
- Excellent writing skills (commercial proposals, writing deliverables, writing content on behalf of our clients)
- Ability to manage several subjects in parallel within tight deadlines
- English bilingual, another language is a plus
- Knowledge of the CSR market, mastery of French and European standards and regulations
