Alludo is looking for an experienced Director of DevOps Engineer to help us change the way the world works. Here, you’ll facilitate the advancement of our analytical capabilities. We are moving from “what was/is” to Predictive modeling and Business optimization. This role will be the key to establishing and developing the data science capabilities at the company.

As the Director of DevOps Engineering, you will:
- Lead DevOps engineering teams in AWS, GCP, and Azure environments
- Establish timelines and roadmap delivery of cloud solutions
- Execute on the delivery per established timelines, following operational excellence principles
- Migrate legacy cloud and on-prem infrastructure stacks to modern cloud landscape
- Establish modern operational model, based on infrastructure engineering as a service
- Promote and enforce best practices of cloud-native infrastructure design
- Manage relationship with internal stakeholders (product and business enablement)
- Provide infrastructure engineering support for legacy product and operation functions
- Collaborating with CISO, establish DevSecOps practice on enterprise level (data and apps)
- Collaborating with corporate leadership, evolve I&O strategy through short and long-term initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation
- Ensure the security, scalability, and high availability of their cloud infrastructure Internal customer focus (relationship management, engagement, change management)
- Hands-on abilities (system configuration, troubleshooting, code reviews)
What YOU bring to the team:
- 9+ years of AWS, 5+ years of Azure and GCP in technological leadership roles
- 5+ years of people management (hiring, performance, PPG)
- Demonstratable expertise in either SDLC or IT delivery areas, operational focus
- Demonstratable expertise in CI/CD design, implementation, and operationalization
- Prior experience with SaaS platforms (BI, CRM, CMS, EDI, etc.)
- Prior experience with configuration automation platforms (Ansible)
- AWS, GCP, and Azure fundamentals (AWS to the depth of Architect: Professional level)
- Docker, Terraform, AWS CodePipeline in conjunction with GitHub and BitBucket
- CDN, TG, ACL, API gateway fundamentals – focus on security and availability context
- SaaS integrations (data pipelines, external processing platforms, payment gateways)
- Cloud governance (data and applications security, compliance, industry standards)
- Legacy technologies (MVC stacks, DAO models, IIS, LAMP, etc.)
