Alludo is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join the Parallels team, creating a personalized marketing approach for millions of loyal Parallels users. This role will focus on building a smooth and continuous customer journey all the way from trial to paid subscription, optimizing the customer experience across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure the right infrastructure, processes, and analytics are in place to drive strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives.

As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will:
- Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams for effective campaigns and launches.
- Drive new customer acquisition and increase subscriptions through journey optimization.
- Create seamless customer experiences across channels.
- Lead testing, targeting, and audience segmentation strategies for multi-channel marketing treatments.
- Develop and optimize the trial program, improving conversion rates through messaging, testing, and behavior analysis.
- Capitalize on customer insights to improve experience and lead win-back strategies.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing, from creation and testing to analysis and reporting.
- Leverage customer feedback (surveys, personas, reviews) to improve engagement and satisfaction.
What YOU bring to the team:
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing and lifecycle management.
- Expertise in optimizing user journeys and running multi-touch segmented campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present actionable insights to leadership.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies (e-commerce, email, content, social).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
