WHAT YOU’LL DO
Role
The HR Systems Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and scalable HR technology solutions across multiple countries.
The HR Systems Specialist translates business needs into system capabilities, drives process improvements, supports data‑informed decision‑making, and delivers an enhanced user experience for employees, leaders, and HR teams.
Responsibilities
HR Systems Administration & Support
- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance across HR systems, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Time & Attendance modules
- Administer, configure, and optimize UKG and related HR systems to support onboarding, job changes, compensation updates, and terminations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving data discrepancies
- Maintain system user access and permissions in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Develop, maintain, and optimize HRIS reports and dashboards to support HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders
- Create intuitive visuals and self‑service tools providing insights into workforce planning, recruitment, talent, and compensation
- Establish and track project‑specific KPIs, ensuring reports are well documented, tested, and optimized
Process Improvement & System Enhancements
- Build, maintain, and execute the HR systems roadmap
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate people‑related processes, reducing manual effort and improving scalability
- Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations, including requirements gathering, UAT, documentation, and change support
Collaboration & Integrations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to assess business requirements and deliver effective system solutions
- Work closely with IT on system integrations, data flows, and information security
- Liaise with UKG and third‑party vendors to manage support cases, enhancements, and integration issues
- Support Employee Services by resolving system and technical payroll/HR inquiries
WHO YOU ARE
Basic Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering or supporting an HRIS within an HR, Payroll, or People Operations environment
- Strong hands‑on experience with HRIS configuration, reporting, data structures, and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in global or multi‑location organizations
Experience with UKG and Workforce Management (WFM) modules

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
