WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior NetSuite & Solutions Architect – Business Automation to lead the strategic direction, architecture, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise application ecosystem.

While NetSuite will remain the primary platform and core responsibility, this role expands beyond a single system. You will act as a Solutions Architect across our key business applications, including UKG, Deel, Concur, and other current and future platforms, with a strong focus on endtoend business process automation, system integration, and scalable design.

This role is critical in reducing manual effort, improving data flow between systems, and enabling CoolIT’s rapid growth through smart, secure, and sustainable automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the NetSuite architecture and roadmap, ensuring the platform scales with CoolIT’s growth and operational strategy.

• Lead NetSuite design and delivery, including configuration, customization, and advanced solutions across Financials, Manufacturing, Inventory, and CRM.

• Provide architectural oversight of SuiteScript, workflows, and custom records, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

• Act as Enterprise Solutions Architect across CoolIT’s application ecosystem (e.g., UKG, Deel, Concur), designing cohesive, end‑to‑end system solutions.

• Define integration and data‑flow architecture across Finance, HR, Operations, and Manufacturing platforms.

• Drive business process automation, eliminating manual effort through scalable, auditable, and resilient automation solutions.

• Serve as a strategic technical partner to business and IT leadership, translating business objectives into executable system designs.

• Establish architecture, integration, and governance standards, providing leadership to internal teams and third‑party partners.

WHO YOU ARE:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or architect.

• Proven expertise in NetSuite scripting (SuiteScript 2.0).

• Extensive experience with module implementation, including Financials, CRM, WIP and Routing, CPQ, and Inventory Management.

• Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, workflows, custom records, and user roles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• NetSuite certifications (preferred).
