WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Role:
CoolIT Systems is looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us build the future of liquid cooling technology. This high-impact role goes beyond traditional recruiting, seeking an expert who can proactively source top-tier technical and high-volume talent, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and champion a world-class candidate experience. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from strategic sourcing to a seamless onboarding handoff, all while continuously improving our processes and enhancing our employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both technical and high-volume recruiting, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about scaling a growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment for high volume manufacturing roles, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing support, reference checks, and issuing offer letters
- Coordinate and facilitate high-volume interview days, pre-screening events, and on-site hiring blitzes to support rapid staffing needs
- Monitor internal approvals for new roles, ensuring that all open roles are posted to relevant job boards
- Proactively source both passive and active candidates to maintain a stable pipeline, utilizing various sourcing channels
- Conduct interviews and qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts, maintaining a high level of follow-up with both hiring managers and candidates
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Update candidate status as they move through the recruitment process using the applicant tracking system (UKG)
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline high-volume hiring processes, such as standardized screenings, interview templates, and automated communication workflows.
WHO YOU ARE
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma
- Full-cycle recruitment experience from requisition to onboarding and everything in between
- Experience in high volume recruitment, preferably manufacturing roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large requisition load and maintain momentum in fast-paced, shift-based hiring environments
- Robust experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- An eagerness to learn and experiment to find best possible solutions
- Passionate about building diverse teams and talent pools
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using UKG as an ATS and HRIS
