Your expertise will be relied upon to deliver innovative technical solutions while managing project risk, budget, and resource allocation. You will also contribute to the mentorship of new team members and help evolve how Professional Services delivers project support to customers.
Responsibilities:

- Allocate and manage project resources including Authorized Service Providers (ASPs), materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use across the project lifecycle.
- Own project budget compliance by monitoring costs, forecasting spend, and implementing corrective actions to avoid overruns.
- Ensure quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, communicating project status, introducing new CoolIT products, and sharing best practices for liquid cooling deployments.
- Proactively identify project risks such as schedule delays or cost overruns, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as required.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members and contribute to continuous improvement of Professional Services processes and methodologies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Contract administration and project management experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and hold a valid passport for international travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP designation and/or eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA.
- Experience designing and deploying data center infrastructure and/or liquid cooling systems.
- Experience selling and deploying products in coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and work with P&ID drawings, 2D and 3D mechanical piping designs, including creating, reviewing, and approving drawings and models.
- Experience with modeling tools such as SolidWorks, Revit MEP, and/or AutoCAD.
- Experience working with PLC‑based systems.
Skills:
