WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Role:
We are seeking a skilled People Systems Analyst to support and enhance our HRIS and People Systems. This role maintains data accuracy, system integrity, and security across platforms while partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders. You will optimize system configurations, support upgrades, and deliver clear reporting and dashboards that advance our People Analytics strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate business needs into system solutions, improve processes, and enable data‑driven decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain data integrity and information security of our HRIS (UKG, Deel) and People Systems.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize HRIS reports and dashboards to support HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HRIS modules including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Time & Attendance.
- Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and new module implementations.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting practices and dashboard to support our evolving People Analytics strategy.
- Support in extracting data and using it to deliver clear & insightful reporting in partnership with our People and Finance teams.
- Create intuitive dashboards, visuals, and self-service tools that provide meaningful insights across recruitment, talent management, compensation, and overall workforce performance.
- Establish and maintain project-specific KPIs, ensuring dashboards and reports are well documented, thoroughly tested and optimized to monitor performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to assess business needs and translate requirements into system solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of people data across the HRIS and reporting environment, enabling leaders to make confident, data driven decisions.
- Maintain system security, permissions, and user access in alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements
WHO YOU ARE:
Basic Qualifications:
- Post secondary diploma or degree in HR, IT or related field.
- 3-5 years designing, developing and deploying complex BI solutions with a strong foundation in both HR processes and data analysis, with the ability to bridge technical and functional perspectives.
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS including configuration, reporting, and data structures; skilled in troubleshooting and recommending enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop efficient and effective dashboard and reports using data visualization best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in global organizations or across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of Temporary Foreign Worker application processes & Labor Market Impact Assessment submissions.
- Experience working with UKG, Deel, BIS and NetSuite are preferred.
