WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Role:
We are seeking a talented Director, People & Learning to join our People team. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and is passionate about shaping the organization's people strategy while fostering a culture of continuous learning, inclusivity, and organizational effectiveness. You will be the main point of reference for strategic leadership and execution of internal learning and development initiatives, organizational behavior changes strategies, and human resource programs that support engagement, and performance. This role will report to VP of People and will be integral to contributing to the future of scalable computer cooling solutions.
Responsibilities:
Learning & Development:
- Develop and implement a long-term learning and development strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
- Lead the design and delivery of internal training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Oversee social mobilization and behavior change campaigns that support strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to expand and enhance learning opportunities.
Human Resources Strategy & Operations:
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders on workforce planning, engagement, and organizational design.
- Lead compensation strategy including salary structure, bonus planning, equity programs, and global compliance.
- Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management.
- Advise on and manage total rewards, including global compensation.
Team Leadership & Organizational Influence:
- Lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative team across HR and L&D functions.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and manage branch operations and budgets.
- Serve as a key driver of change management and cultural alignment within the organization.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance HR and L&D impact.
WHO YOU ARE:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, learning and development, or organizational development.
- At least 5 years of direct team leadership experience, including cross-functional and strategic influence.
- Proven ability to design and implement large-scale HR and L&D programs.
- Strong understanding of compensation planning, job architecture, and global HR compliance.
- Advanced skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and trends to inform decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and/or HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD).
- Experience in behavior change or community social mobilization initiatives.
- Experience working in global organizations or across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with tools such as UKG, Mercer, or equivalent HR and compensation systems.
