Role

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

CoolIT Systems is looking for an experienced Manager to join our organization. This is a key role which will be responsible for all CoolIT Systems’ Continuous Improvement program. The successful candidate will be leading activities such as creating a CI program, provide Lean training to all business functions, hold Kaizen events, train Lean champions within functions to establish a lean journey for CoolIT Systems

Responsibilities

• Create and implement an organization-wide Continuous Improvement training program
• Design, train and deploy Continuous Improvement framework based on LEAN principles
• Develop tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance the output of the Operational Excellence team and support other departments within the function
• Lead and manage large-scale improvement projects across the organization through execution of Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs)
• Serve as a key leader in change management, both within and outside of Operations, ensuring ongoing clarity and understanding of our operational processes
• To identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience in the face of challenges and changing market dynamics.
• Measure the current organizational maturity and identify priority programs that increase operational maturity across the organization
  
  

Who You Are

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related Engineering fields
• Experience implementing LEAN tools and processes within Manufacturing
• Deep understanding and experience of VSM, Lean Daily Management, Problem Solving and other critical Lean toolkits
• Green Belt Lean Six Sigma
