This role offers an exciting opportunity for a senior, tech-savvy individual looking to contribute to our fast-paced, fast-growing company by supporting and integration applications across our organization to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain multiple applications, including but not limited to NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Arena Solutions.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user management, permissions, and configurations to ensure optimal functionality and security.
• Develop and maintenance of scripts and workflows within NetSuite.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for application-related issues, collaborating with teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, reliability, and compliance with established cybersecurity policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations or enhancements to meet business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies, and apply them to enhance existing systems or propose new solutions.
• Train and support end-users, creating documentation and resources to facilitate efficient utilization of applications.
  
  

Who You Are

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (5-10 years) administering and supporting NetSuite
• Experience administering enterprise-level applications such as NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Arena Solutions.
• Strong understanding of system administration, configuration, integration and customization within the mentioned applications.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in software development, scripting, or workflow automation.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly, with a flexible approach to handle various IT tasks and technologies.
