Role

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are seeking a talented Production Line Lead to join our Manufacturing team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and is a team player. This role will report to Production Supervisor (Head Assembly) and will be integral to contributing to the future of scalable computer cooling solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate activities of production workers on the assembly line
  • Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met consistently
  • Identify Issues, problems, and solutions in areas of safety, quality, and production
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment, leading by example and assisting supervisor in monitoring the use of all equipment, resources, and materials
  • Train new employees on production processes, safety protocols, and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics engineering to streamline production processes
  • Assembly and production of Coldplate Loops, Manifold, Tube Assemblies, and Heat Exchanger Module Products
  • Assembly of hardware components using hand, pneumatic, and electric power tools; and custom assembly fixtures
  • Ensure products are assembled per manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
  • Strive to attain key performance metrics for Manufacturing & Quality
  • Lead by example by demonstrating strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma required
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Prior experience with hand tools in Electro-Mechanical Assembly in a manufacturing environment, wood workshops, or construction
  • Requires physical mobility and strength to exert up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of lifting force occasionally, up to 10 kg of force lifting frequently, and negligible force to operate material handling equipment
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
