We are seeking a talented Project Manager, Product Development (NPI) to join our Product team and facilitate the execution of key internal and external development projects. Projects may include the development of our more complex Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) and Passive Coolant Loops (PCLs), and larger continuous improvement projects. This is a great opportunity for highly skilled Project Managers with experience in the Advanced Technology sector. This role will directly report to PMO, Team Manager and will be integral to achieving excellence in scalable computer cooling solutions.


  • Development and maintenance project scope of work, requirements, schedules and budgets
  • Management of deliverables for a cross-functional project team of mechanical, electrical, and software designers, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, supply chain, and production
  • Monitoring and control of risks, quality deliverables, and project Key Performance Indicators related to schedule, cost, and quality targets
  • Support Program Managers in removing any roadblocks that get in the way of execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams and ensure best practices are followed
  • Support company continuous improvement projects as needed
  • Support program managers in reporting project status using appropriate tools, techniques and metrics
  • Use appropriate change management processes in order to minimize and report changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Hold regular meetings to ensure team members communicate effectively and ensure that all program risks are identified and managed in a timely fashion
  • May require weekly calls with project teams in the APAC region

Who You Are

Basic Qualifications:

  • Project Management diploma or PMP certification
  • 5+ years project management experience in hardware product development
  • Experience managing continuous improvement projects in an NPI and Lean Manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in PLM, MSProject and ERP systems (especially NetSuite or Oracle)
  • A self-motivated individual with a thirst for knowledge that moves fast
  • Enjoys and contributes to a collaborative culture where nothing is impossible
  • Believes in being an ethical approach to conducting themselves professionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Document management or control experience
  • Project Management experience being in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects related to electromechanical designs


  • Highly organized with great attention to details
