Responsibilities:

The Multimedia Designer role will cover a wide range of responsibilities and duties including but not limited to:

  • Design web graphics to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of our website
  • Create customer-centric UX designs for website updates and improvements, ensuring an intuitive and seamless experience for visitors
  • Design trade show booths that captivate and effectively showcase our products at events
  • Producing marketing assists, including brochures, ads, and social media visuals
  • Managing the company’s visual branding, ensuring consistency across all platforms, including web, print and trade show materials
  • Photographing products to highlight features and quality for use on our website and in promotional materials
  • Filming and editing videos for product promotion and company branding initiatives
  • Uploading content to the website, ensuring that all visual and informational assets are current and aligned with marketing strategies
  • Updating and maintaining product information assets, such as manuals, spec sheets, and guides to reflect the latest marketing strategies

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, or proven experience
  • 2 years experience in a graphics, marketing or multimedia role.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-experience testing tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Experience creating marketing assets for different channels (social media, print, online ads)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Basic web coding experience to assist in more dynamic web content creation
  • Experience with WordPress for website content management and updates
  • Previous experience in tech industry, with and understanding of B2B and industrial applications.
  • A natural curiosity for technology and emerging trends in the industry
  • Experience designing and ordering signage or other marketing materials
