About the Opportunity:

We are looking for individuals who are curious and motivated, to join our Business Development team.  As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for growing the pipeline for our sales team by engaging with prospects and customers to move them forward in the sales process.  You will identify, engage, and convert qualified prospects that are ready to engage with us.

This is a vital and meaningful position focused on net new logos, so you’ll have an excellent opportunity to advance your career in sales.   • Actively engage new leads by phone, email, and social channels to attract new customers to Conexiom
  • Pre-qualify opportunities by assessing mutual interest and purchasing power
  • Develop and run pipeline activity against assigned quotas
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, new technologies, and competitors
  • Explain the value of Conexiom’s software and services to potential customers in alignment with their role and business objectives
  • Effectively use and other sales tools to engage prospective buyers in value-driven conversations
  • Establishing relationships with corporate executives and influencers via warm calls, emails, and social strategies aiming to engage them in our sales process.
  • Researching leads and other companies to better convey how Conexiom can help them, personalizing outreach using a variety of communication channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, new technologies, and competitors

Growth & Performance

  • Our BDRs have specific metrics that determine performance. You can expect daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in this role.
  • This role is eligible for a base salary and variable compensation
