The role:

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a foundational role in creating a delightful user experience. An ideal role for someone looking to accelerate their learning and career development, with an interest in customer experience, support, and operations.

Responsibilities:

Creating a 5-star support experience for the user. This means answering questions, funneling product feedback to the correct channels, and working directly with engineers to solve technical issues.
Automation where applicable. While some user feedback can be handled manually, high-volume topics can be answered via AI or other measures.
Assist with KYC/AML operations, account onboarding, and technical troubleshooting.
Act as the "voice of the customer" when it comes to our product roadmap. Conducting data analysis on common user experience painpoints and helping scope out how we can solve for those painpoints.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience at a startup, financial technology, financial services, or consulting firm
Being extremely customer-focused – a demonstrated skill and ability to handle assorted customer questions and issues with empathy
Technical experience not required, nor technical knowledge of the product, but must have an interest in investing
Skilled at troubleshooting technical issues and determining the right questions to ask
Exceptional written and communication skills along with an acute attention to detail
You’ll work closely in the following softwares. Experience with them, or equivalent products, would be valuable:
Preset (data analytics & reporting)
Customer.io (email management)
HelpScout (customer service)
Linear (product management)
Notion (documentation)
Airtable (spreadsheet collaboration)
