Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, our first hire in this category, to bolster our onboarding and retention processes at Cognitive3D. As a leader in this category, the ideal candidate will have a broad opportunity to build out new processes, strategically align with the organization, and support the growth of the business.

The candidate will be working with an advanced analytics product, with a client-side SDK implementation. Some expertise in quantifying data, and understanding the fundamentals of what an SDK is and how a customer might use it, are critical.

The company is hiring an individual in Canada, on a remote basis in eastern timezones.

What you will be doing:

  • Support customers and acting as primary point of contact for evaluations of the platform, provide demos of specific features, and identify opportunities where the customer could extract more value from platform.
  • Followup with existing customers, review implementations, and socialize new features and capabilities that would bolster the customers implementation of the platform.
  • Early involvement with sales and business development, providing pre-sales support and understanding customers needs upon the completion of a sale.
  • Work with the technical team for any support needs, or bugs identified through the implementation of new customers or evaluations.
  • Work with product management to identify key areas of opportunity for new features, or reduction of pain points for customer implementations.
  • Support the development of case studies with business development and marketing.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Technical mindset (to identify issues and work with developers)

Bonus

  • Basic technical knowledge of common game engine concepts
  • Basic knowledge of common Unity concepts and workflows
